Pharmacogenetics Studies Genetic Variation Of Drugs

Substance which comes up with a function of medicinal property is said to pharmaceuticals. Pharmacology is a study related to the interaction of drugs with living organism. Pharmacogenetics is a study of genetic variation which gives rise to the differing response of drugs. The term pharmacogenomics refers to the study of applications related to genomic technology of new drugs. Both pharmacogenetics and pharmacogenomics are considered to be similar and the term refers to clinical testing of genetic variations and applications of genomic technologies to new drugs.

Research process has been going on in pharmacogenetic using advanced technology and innovative techniques. More information has been obtained from the recent research in molecular genetics and genome sequencing. More number of people shows their interest in study of pharmacogenetics and new researches has been made on the products to suit the necessity of patients.
